CEO - Steve Rotenberg
Steve Rotenberg has worked in the computer graphics and video game industry for over 15 years. He served as both Director of Software and Director of Research during his 10 years at Angel Studios from 1992-2002. During that time, he was involved in development of real-time technologies such as physics simulation, character animation, rendering, and played a key role on many video game titles including the Midtown Madness, Smuggler's Run and Midnight Club franchises (MobyGames).
Since 2003, Steve has taught as a lecturer in the computer graphics department at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) covering topics such Computer Animation, Computer Graphics and Video Game Development. In his spare time, Steve enjoys racing his Audi and raising chili pepper to satiate his tastes.
CTO - Michael Kelley
Michael Kelley has worked for over 15 years in the computer graphics industry. From 1996-2006, he worked for Angel Studios / Rockstar San Diego, achieving the title of Technical director. His work there helped ship titles including Red Dead Revolver and the Midnight Club series (MobyGames). He has worked on consoles from the Nintendo 64 to the Sony PlayStation 3. Before working in video games, Michael did programming for the CAVE, an immersive virtual reality environment for scientific visualization.
In his spare time, Kelley (as he likes to be known) serves as a judge in the visual engineering category for the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS). He also enjoys the company of his family and pets while not at work.
